Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it in the same conditions in which it was delivered with the original packaging, within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in this way we will fully refund the amount paid for the product, not transportation costs. In order to process any return, you will have to fill out a special returns form that you can request by email to info@micuari.es. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the packaging. The money refund will be made once we have received the product.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for discounted items.
