For shipments within the European Union, the corresponding VAT will be applied. For shipments abroad, the applicable taxes may vary according to the legislation of the country of destination.
Processed orders will take 1-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries may take 7-30 days. Delivery details will be sent to your confirmation email.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it in the same conditions in which it was delivered with the original packaging, within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in this way we will fully refund the amount paid for the product, no transportation costs. In order to process any return, you will have to fill out a special return form that you can request by email info@micuari.es, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the packaging, the money will be returned once we have received the product. Neither returns nor exchanges of discounted items will be accepted.
Our online store continues to function as usual. However, due to the extraordinary situation, we inform our customers that orders may suffer unexpected delays and may not arrive within the usual delivery time.
